	Step 1, Your opponent seizes your right wrist with his both hands as shown in the left figure. Turn your right hand counterclockwise; make the back of your right hand go under your opponent's left hand.
	Step 2, Turn your right hand clockwise, and lift up your right fingers.
	Step 3, Make sure your right hand is in the position shown in the left figure. At Kagite guard position, your right hand must be as shown left. Then turn your right hand counterclockwise, make the palm of your right hand go over your opponent's left hand.
	Step 4, Push out your right elbow as shown in the left figure.
